How do I book?
All bookings, despite chosen payment method, must be made through the booking portal. Please click 'book now' and choose your preferred date for your training course.
Do I have to pay a booking fee?
All bookings, despite chosen payment method, must be secured with a £100 per day booking fee, which will be taken from you through the booking portal.
What are the payment options?
After paying your booking fee, and securing your training date, you can then:
- Pay the outstanding balance on arrival of your training course, via cash or card.
- Set up a Klarna payment below, after securing your booking with us online.
Training Course Policies
- All training course bookings are subject to a non refundable £100 booking fee. Your scheduled date can be moved once, with no less than 7 days notice of the original date. Other than this, booking fee's are non-transferable.
- Cancellations, within 24 hours (including no shows) will be charged 100% of the course fee.
- Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the course fee.
- Failure to pay fees will result in no future bookings.
- Please feel free to wear whatever you please, but remember that you will be sat for down the majority of the day, so come comfy! You may not want to risk getting adhesive on your clothes, so please don’t wear anything you wouldn’t want to risk get this on. Ideally, we would recommend black (tunic/salon wear if you already have). Bring comfy shoes/slippers if you want!
- Please be on time to your course, any later than 20 minutes will be classified as a no show.
- No children or company.
- Please have your model arrive at the specified time, no earlier.
- If you are really struggling to find a model, please let us know no less than 7 days before your course date.
- If your course requires a case study period, you will not be certified or awarded your certificate until you have successfully passed this section.
- We do not offer refunds. However, if you cannot pass your case studies, we offer you one chance to come back and have a second training day free of charge.
