Bespoke Personalised Mentoring

Every lash artist's journey is different - and sometimes you don't need another generic course, you need guidance that's truly tailored to you. After receiving countless enquiries from artists wanting support with their own unique challenges, Kenzi created her 1-1 Bespoke Mentoring experience.

Your journey begins with a consultation call with Kenzi, where you'll talk through your goals, strengths and the area you'd love to improve. From there, Kenzi will design a completely personalised training plan just for you - whether that means refining your lash application, mastering styling and mapping, or building your confidence, brand and social media presence.

Every student receives a kit, carefully curated to suit their training focus. This mentoring can take place in person or via Zoom, just as personal, just as supportive - from wherever you are. 

After the consultation call, Kenzi will design a personalised mentoring plan based on the level of support you need. This may be a focused day together, multiple sessions, or ongoing mentorship over time - all shaped around what will help you grow the most. Sessions can be held 1-1 in person or online via zoom; designed to feel just as connected as in person.

Some artists may spend more time on theory and strategy, while others may focus on live models and hands-on practice. Models will be arranged based on your unique training plan, so every moment is tailored just for you.

You simply need an accredited lash qualification to take part - whether that's classic only, or both classic and volume. You don't need to have trained with Kenzi before.
