Kenzi first enrolled on a lash course in April 2018, with little expectation and a lash bed set up in her mum's living room. What began as a small side hustle quickly grew into a passion to become a true artist - driven by curiosity and a desire to understand how lashes can be designed to enhance each client's unique features, rather than follow one-size-fits-all trends.
That realisation led her to spend years refining her craft through advanced masterclasses, independent research and hands-on experience. Now with eight years in the industry, Kenzi is known for her expert facial mapping and signature wispy styling, creating beautifully balanced lash sets that feel both elevated and effortless.
As she trained and worked within the industry, Kenzi noticed something missing - a lack of depth, care and personalisation in lash education, particularly within beginner courses. That realisation inspired her to become an educator herself, determined to offer something more thoughtful, more intentional and a lot more informative.
Today, every By Kenzi course and manual is carefully designed by Kenzi herself, blending strong beginner foundations with advanced mapping and styling techniques. This ensures beginners feel confident from day one, while experienced artists can refine their work and reach a higher level of artistry - and ultimately, fully booked calendars.
